GP4102 currently out of stock. I call Gyration authorise representative Cumming & Assoc (858) 503-1227. He said he will try to place order. It might take +/- 2 wks and not sure if they will have it or not.

So, someone above posted that you can rebuild the batteries...I took the mouse to my local Batteries Plus store, and they have a tech sitting there that can rebuild them...I bought a pack of 4 rechargeable batteries, and the tech there rebuilt the pack with new batteries...you just have to pop the cover off of the battery pack, and let the tech do the rest...cost me $15

I just talked to Rick at Cumming & Associates. They are out of the rechargeable units but have another type that holds 3 AAA batteries. Works the same - don't need the recharger unit for them. They're $16.95 plus $2.00 shipping. Call Rick at (858) 503-1227.

Another way to fix:
pop off the battery cover.
replace the three batteries with new NIMH AAA's.
put the cover back on and recharge.

Just solder the wires and tabs on the new batteries like the old ones. You probably need a voltmeter to make sure you get the polarity right.

You can buy it from Gyration's website for about $12.95.
However, it says that they are currently sold out. But you could try to contact them and see...

Or you could try eBay....

My graphics card cant handle the games i play ?? ... i purchase this computer L650-19w and half the programs dont work , I purchased this computer from one of your out lets on good faith , and it doesnt do...

L650-19w only has an Intel integrated graphics card which is unsuitable for games.
If you want to play games you should get a gaming laptop. And they cost about twice as much (Starting at 1000€ (Euros)) as low end outlet models.

HP DC7700 small form factor. Keyboard and mouse not working while booting and unable to login. Please help me out. Thanks, James

Are the Keyboard and Mouse USB or Wireless USB. Meaning those Wireless keyboards and mice that you can get and from Microsoft or Logitech. Make sure you have batteries replaced or recharged for your keyboard and mouse. Then see if this solved the problem.

Wireless mouse and keyborad will not work. replaces batteries and hit reset button on mouse and keyboard. can not get access to computer

Sounds like your USB circuit may have gotten fried due to a static discharge (assuming your keyboard and mouse are USB). You can purchase an "add-on" USB pci card or a PS2 Mouse and Keyboard.

Replacement USB charging cradle for Logitech Mouse

It sounds like you are talking about a wireless unit, and I am going to assume that it has stopped charging.....Try this first before you purchase a new cradle for it....Take a pencil eraser and clean the terminal prongs on the cradle, just as if you were erasing on paper, then do the same to the terminal plates on the mouse....

Left mouse key button works intermittantly

Other than trying with a fresh set of known-good batteries, it might be defective out-of-box. Check with your place of purchase for repair or replacement options.

Medion Media PC Model 8828 uses wireless keyboard and mouse,(Liteon SK-7225). The keyboard has failed. Any tricks please? Alternatively, where could I but a direct replacement? Many thanks indeed. ...

The wireless keyboards & mice work on batteries, try replacing the batteries first, if that doesn't work you may try with an USB(or PS2) replacement keyboard/mouse.

Replace my Logitech cordless receiver that comes with my cordless mouse and keyboard. (#C-O855)

if the keyb/mouse kit is within warranty the manufacturer will replace for you, but you will have to return the whole kit...

if outside warranty you may be able to buy a replacement either from the manufacturer or another online source, just type the product number on the bottom of the receiver into google or any other search engine to find retailers.

We have just purchased a Mikomi keyboard and mouse. The mouse is working perfectly, dispite numerous battery changes the keyboard is refusing to work at all.

1.)When you buy new batteries from the market you nrmally don't check the manufacturing date on the cover pack or at the bottom of the battery. This is where the retailers take you for a ride. Always ask for fresh stock when buying batteries.
2.)Check for loose contact or oxidation or corrosion of battery terminals in the chamber where batteries are installed. In case these are cordless devices, make sure nothing is obstructing the keyboard's line of sight with the infra red transceiver installed on your table top.
3.) If it is within the warranty period, get it exchanged for a new one immediately. No vendor can refuse that.

Hope this helped.

(TIP: never leave batteries inside any gadget when its not going to be used for over a week. Example if you folks are going on a holiday, then remove batteries from gadgets like mouse, keyboard, etc. i.e. gadgets tht you are going to leave behind. This causes the batteries to leak & damage your precious gadgets, at times beyond repair)
