The printer won't print in color. It will print a blank page.

all my pictures files print full color on my HP g85xi. all other documents, even if colorful, print B&W. it there as setting we need to change or what????

printer is printing all documents in colour except for microsoft publisher they are only printing in b/w can you advise

I have the same problem with the same printer. Half way through my color cartridge, it quit printing color. I purchased a brand new cartridge, and still wont print color.

I've put in a new color cartridge and taken the stickers off and everything. I've checked to be sure the printer is not set to print in only black and white. But when I print a picture with color, the only color that comes out is black. Not even gray. Just black. Any thoughts?
