Your Apple ID is the email address you used when you installed itunes. Go to Store - down to View Account - there is a little icon saying password - Forgot?

try using the trouble signing in option in yahoo mail below user name and password . you may have a chance to get id back working.

Ok in the back of this unit or bottom there is a reset button or hole that you need a pin needle to access. Press it in for 15sec and let it reboot. Once it reboots, open a web page and type in 192.168.100.1 or 192.168.0.1 This will bring up a log in page. The login is admin and the password is motorola.

The 360 and xbox.com uses your Live ID as your login. Instructions for changing your Live ID password can be found here.

Try reinstalling Yahoo Messenger as it is still there on the disk and all you info will be okay when it finishes. You will also get the latest version.

Is this a Windows password after the machine boots, or is this a bios or power on password before booting to the windows screen? If it's a Windows password, try running a system repair with your recovery or operating system disc. If it's a bios password get back to me and I'll send you a couple of links. In order to clear a bios password you'll need to Contact Dell support. The links will help only if it's a bios password. Let me know.

I am sorry to tell you, but you are out of luck, unless you are willing to go to extreme measures. Lenovo's are one of the worst when it comes to BIOS passwords because it encrypts the password and stores it within a motherboard storage chip. The only way I have seen to even have a chance of getting around a Lenovo BIOS password is to solder an adapter into the motherboard, connect the adapter to the serial port on a second computer, run a specific piece of software, and then sort through hex codes to seek out the actual password field. I'm not sure where you can get the adapter or software, or how much it costs...I just know that it is not something common and not something that is easily done.
