-   After downloading some images on my pc with the USB cable, the 3615 camera no longer shows anything in its LCD screen. Just blank white screen or scrolling black lines. I have changed batteries and even the setup screen ( date,time,etc.) won't show up.-   chiaki

If you are talking about the picture viewing on your computer then your sensor is bad. If you are talking about when you are taking pictures and viewing them on your camera but the picture shows up ok when you load them then your lcd is bad. If your camera is new then you got a bad batch.
