No problem. Just bought a new Black & Decker Corded Hand Vac and want to register @ BlackandDecker.com/New Owner
I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure.
I checked the website and if you go to the BlackandDecker.com website you can register on line clicking on the contact us tab @ the top of the page and then scroll down to register your product on line, feel free to contact the factory with the information listed below:
