I am trying to set up a wireless link from my Dell laptop to a Belkin router.
On the Control Panel/ Network Connections page both the Wireless and Network icons ( I have a network cable connecting them) are shown as connected and working. However I cannot access them from Windows Explorer it will only try my existing dial up network which I have unplugged. How do I list my my wireless connection under Windows Explorer/Tools/Internet Options/Connections.????

- Windows XP Home and Windows Internet Explorer 7. Have done both your suggestions, normally it does not work but I am connected to the internet via the network at the moment
You might need to disable the dial-up connection. You might also need to enable the two network connections, sometimes they are disabled upon setup by default? What operating system are you running?

I have a Sharp Aquos 52 inch TV. I hooked up my computer, a HP Pavillion dv9000, to the TV with a VGA and a audio jack and have a picture but no sound. We have checked the connections and they are all good. Neither are on mute. Is there anything we can do to get sound?
