So you're saying that the base station works with your lines but none of your remote handsets are working right? You may just need to re-mate them with the base station.

The manual is available here: http://www.panasonic.ca/PDP/OperatingInstructions/kxtg6700-oi-eng.pdf

Follow these instruction from page 54 of the manual:

Registering a handset
The included handset and base unit are
preregistered. If for some reason the
handset is not registered to the base unit,
register the handset.

Important:
If you have already deregistered the
handset, perform steps 2 and 3 only.
1 Handset:
{MENU} ->i {0}{0}{1}
2 Base unit:
Press and hold {INTERCOM} until the
IN USE indicator flashes.
After the IN USE indicator starts
flashing, the rest of the procedure
must be completed within 1 minute.
3 Handset:
Press {OK}, then wait until a beep
sounds.
4 {OFF}

Try unplugging the power then plugging it back in on the base station, this resets it. If that still doesn't work then your base station has a problem. If it's under warranty have Panasonic repair it. If it's out of warranty, it would probably be more expensive to repair then to replace. You could try to find another base station that uses the same extension handsets.

BTW? Does the speakerphone in the base function?

Error 350 - how do I fix this?

error 350 means a disconnection, from your machine to that of the remote fax machine. Disconnection can either come from a power shortage, defective or not so good telephone lines, a call-waiting mode on the telephone, a defective fax machine or manual interruption.

However under rare conditions incompatibility between the two machines may cause the remote machine to simply get this code.
Try these steps...

1. Press setup, and then go to TOOLS.
2. Press okay on TOOLS, then look for RUN FAX TEST. Then press okay.
3. It will print a fax test page. Check if everything passed.
4. If it passed everything, try to press setup again, and then go to ADVANCE FAX SETUP.
5. Scroll, down and look for ECM (Error correction mode), then press okay
6. Under ECM you will have to options "ON or OFF" try to choose OFF then press OKAY.
7. Now, try sending a fax.

Also you can try to reset the printer.
1. Take out the cartridges from the unit .
2. Make sure the unit is connected to the wall jack directly without any surge protector.
3. Unplug the power cord from the back of the unit ( without turning off the unit ) .
4. Now press the # and 6 key together , while holding these keys down plug in the power cord back into the unit .
5. Do not release the keys after a few seconds you will find the hp logo or bars moving across the screen .wait while the unit turns off.
6. After one minute turn on the printer . It will go into alignment phase > let it finish .
7. After its done > try to make a copy .
Note - you can also try the OK and CANCEL key combination in place of # and 6

Error 351

The reason for this error code is :

•The remote machine failed to respond to a fax command from the local machine because the connection was interrupted. These errors can occur if the phone lines in the area to be faxed are old or there is noise (static on the phone line). Other reasons can include power outages and other power-related problems.
•The call-waiting service can cause this error. The click, heard for an incoming call, is actually a momentary disconnect of the line.
•The remote user pressed the Stop key while the reception was in progress.
•Under rare conditions, incompatibility between the two machines might cause the remote machine to abandon the call.

Solutions what you can try :

•Retryt the fax reception at a different time when telephone line conditions have improved. Call the telephone provider if line conditions fail to improve.
•Disable ECM. Errors might still occur, and might result in a degraded image quality on the received page. However, the ability to send the entire document will be improved. Try sending at a lower transmission speed

We seemed to have a power outage over the weekend. We have M7324 system with 6 rollover lines, only the first two work now, the other four are not working. I rebooted the system, no change. Can you help?

You must have an older system. There is a battery built into the control unit (not user replaceable) that stores the system programming in case of a power outage. When the battery is dead, your system will lose all programming and default to assigning the first 2 lines to all phones. The system will have to be completely reprogrammed.
Please Note: Now would be a good time to install a UPS/Battery Backup unit on the phone system. I recommend a large enough unit to keep the phones running for at minimum of 2 hours during a power outage. Install the UPS/BB first, and then reprogram the system (so it won't have to be reprogrammed twice). Good Luck!

Power outage overnight. Now, Onkyo TX-SR603X no

Depending upon the type of power outage, you may have more of a confused receiver than a defecive one. Try unplugging the unit for an hour or so to see if that resets the whole thing back to "normal". If not, then further investigation with a scope or logic analyser will be required to determine whether the problem is with the internal CPU or a defect on the data lines. Unless the reset works, this is not likely to be a DYI repair.

Lost power for one second and now cannot get my caller ID to work

unplug the telephone cable from the back of the receiver and plug it a basic telephone to check if there is a dial tone. if there is a dial tone restart the receiver without the the telephone line plugged in. after it loads and u have a picture, plug in the telephone line. call the home to check. if its not working the modem in the receiver has gone bad.

Had a power outage, a day later i noticed fax would not copy or print out internal reports. Faxes received are unreadable. When I try to make 8 or so copies, it scans them but memory stays at 00% and it...

It seems that your fax machine has been damaged by a power "spike" You may or may not be able to get it to work again. You can try to re sequence the machine, by switching off, then removing both the power cord and the telephone cord from the wall. Wait 30 secs or so, then plug in the power cord and switch on. After the machine shows the "ready" mode in the display, then plug in the telephone cord. If this does not work, your machine is toast. Make sure in future to use a line conditioner for both the power and the telephone lines.
