White Stripes on my printed card - Fargo DTC525 ID Card Printer

If you have tried running the "eliminate light stripes" process in the troubleshoot print quality without success, you may want to look at the print quality sheet and do "jet substitution" on the ink nozzle numbers that aren't printing out. That will slightly slow down the printing, but will eliminate white streaks down your prints.

You likey have a bad CYAN cartridge, that is the first thing you want to replace.

Try running the cleaning cycle on the printer, either through the printer software or via the controls on the printer itself. Sometimes print heads dry out and cause stripes.

White stripes are caused by dust and toner powder on the scanner window, which is situated in the bottom of the printer, under the drum unit. Open the printer, remove the drum unit and using a soft cloth with a little meths wipe the window clean of toner and dust. It's quite dark inside the printer, so use a torch to find the glass panel (only about 10mm deep x the width of the drum).

I had the same problme and I've changed the black Intensity from 0 to -10 in : Print properties > Color Adjustment. It worked.

Try to identify the location of the laser slit glass (will be pointing directly at drum) make sure it is clean.
