Problem for Asrock P4S61 Motherboard

my asrock p4s61 motherboard has died and i cant seem to find anywhere to buy a new one, so i was wondering if the p4i65g would fit my computer to replace it as this is the result i get if i type the old 1 in?

Here is a new board. http://3btech.net/asp4so47880p.html but you have 90 days to set it up & test it.
To answer you're question. (Yes it will fit). Both boards are Micro ATX.

I had the same problem and have bought the P4i65g it only has 2 slots for a max of 2gb of RAM unlike the P4s61 at the moment Ive yet to finish connecting it up because the CD was missing from the box which Ihope to pick up tomorrow but its more or less the same.
