Hello I am interested in purchasing Terrazo. I have an iMac OSX 10.4.11. I do not have Photoshop. I have Arc PhotoSudio 4. Can I use Terrazo with Photostudio and my iMac? I understand there is a Photoshop plug-in. If I need this, is it a free download? I don't want to have to purchase Photoshop as well as Terrazo. Please let me know Thank you Quentin Haslam

Here is a list of steps to take. Start at the beginning and work your way down the list. Mac OS Gray screen appears during startup

Make sure you have installed the scanner drivers bcos sometimes it only installs printer drivers. I suggest you install the scanner drivers again. Make sure the scanner is turned in first b4 computer.

On the left Top of your monitor is a apple Logo.Tip on it and select "About that Mac" A Window pops up and you select "More Info" it shows you the OSX on it. OSX 10.3 or OSX 10.4 Google "Safari Browser for OSX 10.? " Download it and it will work. You may have the latest Version.

that is a common problem with the new leopard software by now I think they have fix that so try to download the latest drivers if not check your printer settings

Sad to say that FixYa did not fix my problem.  It was finally resolved when a Borderbund representative advised me that I had to install "Stuffit" before I could download the software.  I purchased Stuffit and subsequently have been able to download the Greeting Card Creator.

According to something I read in another forum:
Use migration assistant (in utilities) to copy over Illustrator 10 via firewire from your G4 to your imac. This is the only thing that might work without upgrading to a newer version of Illustrator. 

I'm planning on trying it with both Illustrator 10 and Indesign 2.0 - Photoshop 7 won't go at all no matter what one tries according to what I've read. I'll be upgrading to CS3 for Photoshop. No choice.

Are you transferring from cassette to memory card and then to Imac? certainly there is software supported by Imac to accomplish this. You can convert your videos to MPEG format using Imagemixer then try uploading with another program. Imac and OSX should have websites that list compatible software.
