SOURCE: Save option keeps resetting
if you've taken out the SD card, than it will reset the settings because it can't save to a card that's not there. but if it does that and the card is still in the phone, i'm sorry but i have no idea..

Your firmware is corupted. You need to take your phone for flashing, so they can replace the firmware.
Back up your data, because it will all be lost when flashing has been done.
