you need to change flex cable..

its a problem of some patti which help the mobile to slide go and change it approx cost rs 250

Hello,that is a flex problem, all you need to do is just to get a new flex from a mobile phone accessories store to replace the faulty one.if that is done,your mobile phone will function a supposed.

the strip that connects the keypad with the other circuitry is damaged. you need to repair it or replace it...it will be checked by an expert technician of mobile that either it is to be replaced or repaired...

flip and slide mobile have this kind of problem..moreover, it depends upon the usage of phone for flip/slide...
don't use it roughly, next time , it needs a lot of care..

the mobile if sliding has a pin at interface of two parts

more sliding leads to damage in the pin

and phone turns white

i have a t96 thats got same probem

ya......sorry guys. sounds like the phone is stuck on 'landscape mode'

you can try to reset it, but i doubt that this will help. you might need to contact t-mobile and get the thing replaced for the internal sensor that recognises the phoen is closed is just not registering.

either way t-mobile HAS to attempt this....so try this reset. it might just save you a phone call.

keep in mind, doing this master reset will clear all settings installed on the handset and clear out any personal data. if you can at leaset remember your gmail username and password, your contact info and calender info will be restored.....

select MENU > SETTINGS > SD CARD AND PHONE STORAGE >FACTORY DATA RESET > RESET PHONE > ERASE EVERYTHING

if that doesnt work and you just cant get into the phone, try doing this:

with the phone OFF press the house and the power buttons at the same time until a triangle with a yellow '!' shows up. as soon as you see that icon, release the keys and slide open the keypad. pres the 'ALT' and 'W' keys at the same time and wait for the phoen too boot up and attempt it again.

T-Mobile's number is 1800-937-8997 if that doesnt work. and ask for another phone. good luck all.
