Question about AOC 7F 17" CRT Monitor
The moment i turned on my pc, i saw CONTRAST 100 right before my eyes. Its set into 100 and i cant change it nor let it go. I tried pressing the Menu Roller panel but it wont change at all. Then it suddenly returned into the menu and it changes my MOnitor display setting by itself and i cant control it. I dunno if its a virus but the moment i boot up, its display's setting is Contrast 100. HELP!!
Try disconnecting your network cable and adjust the settings again, if you cant, enter safe mode by pressing f8 in the startup and select safemode then adjust the contrast there.
Or is this in the CRT monitor? inside the monitor? there are no viruses ever made for monitors. So its most likely a hardware fault in the crt. Maybe its time to buy a new one. LCD preferably easyer on your eyes.

Tips for a great answer:
You can adjust the
brightness and contrast of your monitor to improve the readability of text and
to make digital pictures appear more like they'll look when printed.
To improve the results
when adjusting the brightness and contrast settings for your display, use
Display Color Calibration. (Display Color Calibration helps you adjust these
color settings and others.) For more information about calibrating your display
color in Windows,
see Calibrate your display.
The way you adjust
brightness and contrast varies and depends on your specific display.
Brightness and contrast buttons on the front of the monitor. Some monitors have brightness and contrast
controls on the front and use the standard symbols shown in the following
On-screen menu. You can change the brightness and contrast settings for some
displays by using an on-screen menu, and then setting the brightness and
contrast in the resulting menu. Many times, you can view the on-screen menu by
pressing a button-possibly labeled Menu-on the front of the monitor.
