Required Nonav

i install the norton corporate edition antivirus and after 2 months the icons and folders of those programs disappeared so i try to install them again and i couldnt, i had to uninstall them first but i couldnt so i check the symantec help web and i followed every single instruction and nothing finally i had to delete some of the registry entries by hand and some one tell me that "NONAV" TOOLS solve that problem i cannot get this tools. i can install norton in the middle of the installation it stops . After all this nightmare the computer started to be slow .
