Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
I purchased a prepaid music card from Best Buy. I have been unable to download any music despite the card showing redeemed when I put the pin number in. I contacted technical support and was unable to get any real help because the person I spoke with took forever to get my account up regarding the music card purchase. I am able to sign in, but I am unable to download music to my Zen MP3 player or burn a CD without being informed I have to pay to purchase the music. I am very disappointed in the Best Buy Digital Store. If shouldn't be this hard to download music when you purchased a music card. I go to www.bestbuy.com/bbymusiccard but do not receive any type of instructions regarding downloaded music.
I can't download any music-can't even get on the site-pretty lame!

I have a sansa 250 mp3 player. i recently just got a new computer. as i tried to download music onto my mp3 player a message kept popping up saying that i have to install new hardware. it tried to install something called mtp for my sansa. then it said that it would not be able to install because i do not have the installation cd. i did not need the installation cd when i first got this mp3 player. what do i do if i do not have the installation cd?
