I want to install NPS satup to transfer my phone's data to computer

If you just need to put music in it, you may try getting a memory card reader, insert your memory card and then transferring the songs through pc by connecting the card reader. Usually, the Music folder or Audio folder is where you place the songs and then it will be read and recognized by the phone once you insert it back.

Try updating Windows

do the following steps.. 1. open your computer.. 2. run samsung NPS 3. connect your phone to your computer, let NPS detect your phone automatically, if your phone ask you about the type of connection, select pc connectivity. 4. open your messages content manager, 5. select mms editor, from the top panel of your NPS you will see a symbol which is an arrow going to your computer, 6. highlight all your mms and select this symbol. 7. it will save the mms to your c:\my documents\user\yourname(this is your name)\NPS\message.. 8. you can send the mms back to your phone via NPS again..

You are referring to 1935 error ...
Is the system running in 64 bit or 32 bit ...
It would work on a 32 bit alone ..

You can tranfer files by
savefiles to memory card, not phone.make sure files are saved to memory card on phone, not internal memory.select mass storage mode on phone. memory card on phoneis recognised as external drive hence u could transfer files .

to install your software to your pc, NPS, try to follow these steps. please take note that you don't need to connect your phone first during installation. if your phone is connected to your pc, disconnect it.
for xp operating system:
1. insert the cd to your computer...
2. enable autoplay for your cd / dvd rom drive
3. select appropriate language
4. select ''install pc suite''
5. once finished, select the finish tab

for vista operating system,
>>do the same as the above steps, if ask to run as administrator select yes.
>>after installation, uncheck run pc studio automatically after finish.
>>select install usb driver
>>click yes if prompted to run as administrator,
>>after installation, remove the cd, run NPS, and connect your phone.
>>if your phone can not be seen by NPS, do these,
on your NPS, click menu, select settings, select connection, check usb cable com1 or com 2 port select ok, and let your pc studio recognize your phone.

for windows seven, though the NPS doesn't support it right now. you can do the following tricks,
1. insert the cd, don't enable autoplay
2. browse your NPS cd, look for the setup for NPS..
3. once located, right click the setup.exe, select properties,
4. select compatibility,
5. check run in compatibility mode on win xp, win vista.
6. check run as administrator
>>during installation, if prompted that the installation was not successful it will give you an options, select install with recommended settings.

the trick also, if you can't install your samsung studio, you may do these...

on your phone, press menu,then select settings, select phone settings, scroll down and it will give you pc connections, select ask on connections, save and exit.
now, connect your phone to your computer, it will ask you what connection do you prefer, on your phone, press memory card, it will install your memory card as mass storage device, open it your my computer, you will see your memory card there, you can now, drag and drop files from your computer to your memory card.

Uninstall the only the NPS once and not the drivers of the USB or anything else, then install again let the Cd remain in the cd drive and try to open NPS. Your Issue will be resolved

no need for cd justgo 2 settings then phone setting and the 2 last option pc connection in which do mass storage and connect and have fun and please vote for me
