I think a help pram to clean up your cookies sometime will help to avoid this message in the future.
I sometime use CCleaner and I like it for this cause.
i had friend on DDC --she was hacked-They 403 forbidden on me
I kept replying with a game E-mail they sent me asking why? and did they make a mistake--They let me back in and my friend had been removed--another help line told me to empty my cache--I googled --403 forbidden
It looks like a web filter is set either by your school, parents, or business. Contact the one who is over your internet and ask them if they installed a web filter

Technically speaking Facebook is not blocked. Which is to say, there
it nothing stopping traffic flow between your China PC and Facebook.
What happens is that China sends a message to the Facebook server as
well as your PC to stop the connection.
If both sides would simply ignore that message.. but good luck convincing Facebook to do their part.
There’s a number of commercial services out there that will get you back online though. I pay $2.95 for 12vpn.com myself.
That could be an indication that Facebook is having technical problems...the next time that happens, try clicking the refresh button at the top of your browser and see what happens, that may help. :)
