Camcorder problem

Can't see through Lcd or veiwfinder,black screen,It will play tapes.How can I fix this ploblem.

I have the same problem.

sounds like the ribbon tape needs to be replaced , or its not connected right , open unit and check for a white tape that connects to the PCboard to the LCD or VIEWFINDER . hope this helps
