Tranciever Troubleshooting

Hi
would be grateful to know that how I can troubleshoot the following tranciver
Lancast micro Transceiver 4320-12
when I connect the above transceiver to cisco 2500 router(aui port ) , the RX and PWE led are on .Tx lead is flashing every 10 seconds while POL, LINK, RX, COL, AND JAB Leds are off .
and the router is not showing the ethernet interface on the show ip route command (it should show all the directly connected interface as ip address etc are configured correctly. the ethernet (AUI)interface is working becauseI have checked with the other transceiver 4320-11 on which POL and PWR leds are on ,Tx is flashing every 10 seconds while LINK , COL RX are off
