I need a power supply for atari 7800

the Sega Genesis model 1 power cord is the same voltage and amps as a 7800, if you know how to solder you can change the power port and use that power cord. or you can just hard wire a power cord on here is the site for that . http://saundby.com/atari7800mod/7800_powermod.html

When i turn on my xbox i'm getting 3 flashing red lights what does this mean

it means your xbox is overheating, you can send it back as they extended the warranty on it for this common fault unless you have modified it, in which case look up ring of death on youtube.

What cords do I need for an older ps3? I am trying to use a 3 plug cord from the ps2 but its not working. Nicky

If you mean power cord you can use a standard cord for a Computer power supply. If it is the video you can use a PS3 standard video or hdmi cable.

My wii will not turn on

Hi,Usually, after a power outage, a power spike (when the power returns) can disable/blow the fuse in the AC adapter for the Wii.

First:
- unplug the Wii's power cord from the wall, and leave it unplugged (from 5 mins. to 5 hours). Then, plug it back into the wall. (Unplugging the power cord from the back of the Wii will not help. You need to unplug the power cord from the wall.)
- This usually helps reset the fuse circuit in the AC adapter, and your Wii should work again.

Second:
- open the panel on the AC adapter box in the power cord; since the screws are proprietary, you will need to creatively use existing tools to turn the screws
- check the 3A fuse in that box; if it looks blown, then replace it

Third:
- it might be cheaper to replace the AC adapter with another one

Fourth:
- get the unit repaired

Thanks and good luck

No power to wii console

Try a friends power cord on your wii. If it works fine, buy a new power cord for your wii. If it doesn't work still with your friends cord, it's the connector on your wii and it will need replacing. Also make sure to try a different outlet in your home as well; the outlet itself could be fried.

My wii won't turn on!

Disconnect all the cords from the system. You will need to unplug the A/C adapter/power cord from your wii system and from the electrical socket/or power surge protecter bar. It should not be connected to any thing! Let it sit unconecteded for about ten minutes. This should reset it. Then replug the adapter/power cord back in to electical outlet and to the wii system. Then press the power button on the wii, it should turn back on. Replug the rest of the cords back in for the system. If this does not work I suggest that you buy a new ac adapter/power cord, there could be a short in the one you have before you send in your system to be fixed You can buy a new A/C adapter/power cord on ebay for about 5 to 10 dollars, usually with free shipping.

You have to hold up on the power cord to make it power on. Put tension on the cord so it will work.

One of the wires in your power cord broke. When you hold the cord up or put tension on it, you are pushing the broken ends together, allowing the electric current to flow through the cord.

You need to replace that power cord. It is both a nuisance and possibly a fire hazard.

No power

Try unplugging the cord from the wall and wait a minute before you plug it back in. If it still wont work you will need to replace the power cord.
