I am having the exact same problem. It did that for a while and when I left it on a channel for some time, the picture would return to full size. Now I am not getting anything when I turn on the tv. Blank screen and no sound. What is going on?

This is a common problem with some older models. Check the site to see if they have a repair kit for your set.

Page seems to be too wide for monitor screen. when centering up down & sideways either I lose some on the left or right of screen or a little on both sides. How can I shrink display Now I have only art...

It sounds like the resolution on your machine is set too large for the screen. Right click somewhere on your desktop where there is no icon. Assuming you are using Windows 7, there should be a Screen Resolution option in the little menu that appears - click on that, then try changing the resolution to 1366x768, which may even say Recommended next to it in brackets. If that still doesn't seem right, try some of the others, until you are happy with the display.
Hope this helps.

I need to ask how to reset margins on my home page. I cannot see the print on the right hand side at all.

in your home page hold CTRL and scroll down with your middle mouse scrolling button, you will see the screen will shrink little by little when you scrolling it down.

Cannot retune freeview on flat screen samsung

Hello Terri
Let's see if we can get you sorted out.
Make sure that you first of all have an aerial cable plugged into the TV.
Secondly make sure that you have it on a DTV (freeview channel) once you are at this stage press the MENU button on the remote. then go down to CHANNEL then across to Auto store and then follow the on screen messages.

That should be you all sorted out. If not then you may not be getting a strong enough signal from you aerial.

Hope all goes well. Please leave a thumbs up

ou will need to adjust that via the service menu. Toshiba has 2 ways to access it on various models I will post them both. first way
1. TV turned on
2. Press 'Mute' button on the remote.
3. Press 'Mute' button on the remote again and hold.
4. Press the 'Menu' button at the TV.
You are now in the Adjustment mode
4. Use the 'Channel up'or"Channel dwn' to select the item.

7. When you have made all the adjustments you want turn the set off to exit.

Channel changing on PROSCAN 32LA25Q

I had the same problem, what fixed it for me was to set auto scan to setup all the channels for me again. Another thing to check would be whether it is set up to use CATV or AIR.
