The washer stopts immediately after it starts (by 2 users)

The washer starts with water flowing in. But almost immediately it stops with the error code "Lr".

Please let me know what is going on.

Same code as debjit1965's. Washer starts, fills with water, sits a few minutes, then stops with fault Lr. Water pump seems ok, took hoses off, it runs, nothing plugged, just doesn't do anything. No solution yet.

1) the circuit board at the top of the unit has lost connection to the motor and its control board at the bottom (connector loose) or 2) the motor and or control board at the bottom have trashed and need to be replaced .
