The harware on the top of the handle bar are rivets, there is no way to really tighten these. It is possible that there is a broken mechanism in the handle bar causing it be loose. The only solution for that is replacing the handle bar. If you need assistance getting a replacement part please email me directily at firstname.lastname@example.org
Remove the 5 screws from each seat holder clip. Remove half of the seat holder clip. Removing these will allow the handle to slide out. Hold the release button on the handle and pull the handle out of the frame.
Hi, it is a pain, but basically there are two black blocks near the feet area slide these out first, half fold the pushchair down (the handles down to the feet) and then slide the covers down and then shimmy the covers off, the covers basically have rods sewn into the sides that slide onto a groove on the frame.
First remove the seat or carrycot/car seat if this is on the chassis. Then, stand to the left of the chassis. Push down the button on the handle which lowers the handle bar height with your right hand. With your left hand, take a hold of the black cuff on the side of the chassis (this should be about waist height). In one movement, you need to pull the left hand up, whilst pushing down your right hand, this needs to be done at the same time, and with some force.
When the chassis is lowered toward the floor, this will click shut. To open the chassis, there is a small metal arm on the left hand side of the chassis with a red cover on (this is quite little) you need to lift this button upwards (towards you) and the chassis will open.
Hi guys, I had this problem when I first got my urban rider - the trick is to put the seat on correctly in the first place. If you look under the front of the seat (when seat is facing away from mum/dad) you'll see 2 plastic hooks - these need to be hooked over the first horizontal bar of three that you can see (it has a small black plastic nobbly bit on it) then, as you were doing, push the handle and pull the 'tube'. If the seat is facing you (child travelling backwards) it won't fold, neither will it fold with the carry cot attached. Hope this helps! Tegans mum x
