Question about RCA OPAL M4001 MP3 Player
Whenever I get to installing everything off the disk, a box pops up that says:
This version of Windows Media Technologies is incompatible with this version of windows.
I don't understand what it is telling me. I have Windows XP Pro.
I'm not extremely computer savvy. Any help would be really appreciated!
Get an updated version of the software from RCA's website. Windows XP Pro and Mp3 players in general don't mix well - on a networked business system, Mp3 players are seen almost like hostile, foreign antibodies.
