Can anyone help me find a replacement part or at least the phone number for the company,from the users manual. I have lost my manuel and can not find ANYTHING on the net....

I have a nemox portable ice machine and am in neeed of the plastic flap that the ice slides down into the bin. (the machine wont work without this peice). If anyone can PLEASE,PLEASE help, I would be grateful.
