Question about Canon FAX-JX200
I've had no problems with the Canon FAX-JX300 until yesterday.
Every time I try to fax something, it starts to scan. Then the display says CHECK 5100 and that's it.
Can you help me?
THIS FAX CANON JX-200 EVERYTIME CODE 5100 WILL BE COME HOW CAN SOLVE YHE PROBLEM?

I use a jx500, and i have the same problem, the only waz top get rid of the problem is to turn of the machine every time i get this error.

This is caused by a mechanical fault not at all by a electronic or sensor failure.
cartridge holder(carriage) movement is blocked due to lack of greese or worn plastic parts in the machine base.
Try apply some greese to carriage rail if this doesnot solve the question try apply some greese to ease purge movement(purge is the white object placed at the right corner of the machine which can be seen while top cover open)
It may be a difficult thing to apply greese to purge legs without top cover is removed from the machine
But can be done with dedication and patience.
