Question about Canon imagePROGRAF W8200 InkJet Printer
For this problem did you mean replacing the print head or the whole print head assembly.l took out the printhead and it till gave me the same error warning. l thought it might have given a replace print head warning.
You need to enter a service mode before the error message pops up. hold down paper source button + online.
that should override the message before it pops up.
go to replace print head selection. or do a clean. it may still be working. let me know if this doesn't work....but at least you can still get past the message now! marty

Yeah...I meant the whole printhead assembly.

Tips for a great answer:
"Follow the directions given in your setup sheet to install the Print Head.
If the Print Head is already installed, remove the Print Head once and then reinstall it.
If the error is still not resolved, the Print Head may be damaged. Contact your Canon Service representative. "
