My mobile model is G'five w550. Now it automaticaly turns ON & OFF .. When i used the blue tooth to paried another mobile it sudenly it turns OFF.. again its automaticaly on.. So please give me a suggestion & how to flash it to work normal..

May be your bootable disk is corrupted , try to buy a new OS CD or take the new Bootable Disk

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PHONE BLUE TOOTH IS WORKING PROPERLY IF YES TRY CONNECTING YOUR PHONE WITH OTHER BLUE TOOTH HEADSETS. IF IT GETS CONNECTED YOUR PHONE DOESN'T SUPPORT YOUR HEADSET. IF IT DOESNT YOUR PHONE ISN;T WORKING GOOD.

Pair Your Blackberry with a Blue-tooth Headset



Turn on Blue-tooth headset and Blackberry hand-held.

Enable the Blue-tooth radio by going to the options window and clicking on Blue-tooth. Click on Enable Blue-tooth in that window.

Add your Blue-tooth headset to your Blackberry by clicking on Add Device in the Blue-tooth window.

Find and select the name of your Blue-tooth headset from the list that appears. The Blackberry will search for all Blue-tooth devices within range, so other devices might show up on the list.

try an antivirus called net protector . load net protector on your main pc, use a cable to connect your mobile to pc using a compatible software for data transfer.

mobile will get detected in the antivirus software,SCAN YOUR MOBILE may be u are lucky to get blue tooth woking , if the file has come through blue tooth netwoking , pushed by some one when blue tooth was on some time. OTHER WISE do a factory reset and save all data first.
