My proline PFL 1266W-F keeps coming up with an error 1 problem and will not wash. We have hardly used it and there is nothing stuck in the door.
Is there a way to reset it or can you suggest what the problem is?

The error F2 - E0 code means a shorted keypad (also called touch pad). Please follow the steps below to correct the problem.
1. Check keypad connector for firm connection (keypad connects to control board).
2. Press CANCEL. If error code returns after 60 seconds, replace keypad (also called touch pad or membrane switch). Some models incorporate keypad in to control board as one unit. In this case, replace control board (also called ERC or clock).
