Switch off your mobile and then switch it on again if not done renew your n72 software
first step,you should update your phone's firmware and then clean the keytone .If nothing have changed,you can change the flexible,check the keypad track and check the keypad ic,replace if needed. And Finally,rehot the CPU or replace it.
