Question about HP PSC 2210 All-In-One InkJet Printer

1 Answer

Printer won't turn on

My printer just all of a sudden stopped working. I didn't drop it or anything. Today I realized that it was turned off (and I usually just leave it on) and when I went to turn it on, nothing happened. I pressed the on button and used different outlets and it still wouldn't turn on. I know that there is power going through the cord because the printer is warm on the right side but I just won't turn on. Any ideas

Lets start with the AC power supply ,with a multimeter check for correct voltage , next step is to check inside the PC BOARD for a blown fuse , if so , replace , and try again unit . hope this helps

My printer is not printing

Without knowing any more, all I can do is take you through a tedious set of steps:
  1. Is it plugged in? Unplug the power cord at both ends, then plug it back in.
  2. Is it connected to your computer? Unplug the cord at both ends, then plug it back in.
  3. Is it turned on? Press the power button. Do any lights change (go on or off, change color, flash, etc.)?
  4. Send a print job to the printer. Does the printer show any signs of realizing it's been asked to print something (an indicator light or something moving inside)?
  5. Open the print queue. Delete all the jobs that are in there. Shut down the printer. Restart the computer. Turn the printer back on. Try printing.
  6. Are you getting error messages?
  7. What happened before it stopped working? Did you install new software? Move anything?

The charge adapter maybe faulty.
If your cell phone is a few months old, then it would be still under warranty. Take it back to the place where you purchased it and have it repaired or replaced under warranty.

I've been using OKIDATE MICROLINE 320 PRINTER at work. I was printing something and I realized that I was printing the wrong page so to stop printing, I simply turned off the power and waited....

You would have to cancel the current print job from your computer for it to stop. Assuming you have access to a computer that is connected to that printer, you will have to find that printer by going to Control Panel > Printers and Faxes > Oki ML 320 then right click, select "See What's Printing" and cancel Current print job (I am also assuming you are using windows). I really hope this helps, if not add a comment clarifying your question, thanks.

Absolutly, Your idle control valve at the end of your fuel rail has a vacuum line and its sensitive to pressure changes. One way to double check that would be to hook everything up normally and pull that vacuum line off your idle control valve. Are the symptoms the same?

If the Power light is not illuminated, first check the power cable to ensure all connections are correct. Next, turn off the printer, then turn it on again. If the Power light does not become illuminated, the printer needs to be serviced. I believe if this doesn't work you have a bad power supply.
