Question about Samsung LE32R74BDX 32 in. HD-Ready LCD Television
When I bought my new 32 inch samsung TV, I was watching it almost all of the time in 4:3 mode...after about a month or two dark vertical shadow appeared on the left side of tv-screen...it`s most viewable when tv is just turned on,and as the time goes by it is fadeing away, but still it stays viewable and pretty annoying...I think it`s because I was watching it most of the time in 4:3...now I`m watching it all the time in 16:9,but it`s too late, dark shadows are permanent...please HELP,if there is any...can I fix it somehow???
No,you can't. This is very common. I bought a new tv and i noticed right away that it had the problem you are mentioning. I took it back for an exchange and the next tv did not have this problem...until a year later. Now,of course it does have this problem, but it is out of warranty.
I think they make televisions very poorly today.
