Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Iniatialization of machine starts from detecteng it's sensors next is the moving mechanism..if one of them fails a beeping sound will activate indicating an error in a device.when you first power on and beeping activates probably there is an error in the sensors. try to locate the sensors usually sensors are found on the cover of the machine,at the limit of moving mechanism,at the money drawer,paper feeds and ink cartridges clean those sensors by wipeng the dirt on it.check the terminals of the sensor whether the wirings are connected,next the mechanism be sure they can move freely without a paper jam.lubricate all moving parts using a lubricant oil.open also the main CPU board be sure there is no foriegn object place on it such as metallic coins.staple etc. good luck just post a message if you have any other inquires ill be glad to help you..thanks!pls rate my help.

Is the power supplied to the electrical outlet? (Plug another electrical device into the outlet for confirmation.) Is the power cord firmly connected to the electrical outlet? Call 1-800-BE-SHARP and they can help you with the beeping and no display problem
