Question about Vacuums
Open the lid, push it all of the way back until it comes off. There 2 screws on the back cover, remove them, then using a pry, slip it under the cord return pedal and pry open to remove it, then there are 2 screws to remove, then the top cover will come off. You can go to sears.com, click on parts and put in your model number, click on vacuum, a parts list and picture will be there.
When you put in the model number, it is 116.26512690
