I just purchased a Zenker Sparabiscotti Pastry press to make cookie. the only instructions appear on the package in Italian. I'm trying to find them in English.

The biscuit maker, I would say he has done and crazy almost all of those who try it, at least the first time ... because it is not generally the biscuit "fired" but instead remains attached, or separates into many small pieces, or worse-S falls everything collapsed.
Today I want to explain how I use it and a few tricks that I discovered after the first attempt ended badly.
First, the main part makes the dough, I would say that have to be made with butter, although I think I saw some results with the pastry with oil, but I've never tried it.
So would start with the recipe for shortbread.

Ingredients:
150g soft butter
75g icing sugar
1 large egg
225g flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
grated lemon peel
They are fitted with the whisk the butter and sugar until the mixture is foamy.
You add the egg and you absorb well, add the lemon zest and salt.
At this point with a spatula add the flour sifted with baking powder and mix well.
Our pasta is ready for use. In this case, we will work with the biscuit maker, otherwise you can also use a pastry bag with various outlets.
-First, I suggest the use of aluminum pans, you "shoot" the cookies on the baking sheet directly ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE baking paper!
The biscuit maker should be well-filled by pressing the dough so as not to leave air pockets in the tube. First you put the plate you want to use, you fill the tube with the dough, roll out the underwire station and then is screwed to close.
-Now we keep upright the biscuit maker, stuck to the pan, a positive click and then pull up. I wanted to take decent pictures with the self-timer, but decent in these there is very little ;-'

Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe (with soy milk)

Ingredients:
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
2 and 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
12 oz semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix the oil and sugar (you can use margarine if you prefer) until it becomes creamy and then add the eggs, the soy milk and the vanilla.
Combine the dry ingredients mixing them well and then add them slowly into the cream created before. Every few spoonfuls of dry ingredients, stir and then keep adding.
Blend well until it all looks smooth with no clumps and then add the chocolate chips.
Take a tray covered with wax paper and drop a spoonful of batter every inch or two, then let it bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
The cookies will be ready when they will be a sort of dark-ish gold. Pick up one with a tool to make sure it's cooked on the bottom too and take the tray out carefully.

Please could I have Ice cream recipes Thank you thank you

Ingredients:
5 egg yolks,
1 pint (500ml) milk,
1/2 pint (250ml) double/heavy cream,
2 oz (50g) sugar,
150g (6 oz) milk chocolate cut into small squares

Create a custard base and at the point where you remove the saucepan from the heat, carefully drop in the squares of real chocolate. Stir to allow to melt and then leave the custard to cool. Then chill the custard until it's really cold. Once chilled, mix until slushy. Add the cream (whipped) and make sure it mixes in well. Transfer the mixture in an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Instead of using wafers, you can make your own chocolate chip cookies- they make great ice cream sandwiches.
Thank u and if u want more recipes contact me . (^ _^)

How long do I cook the bread

Place the ingredients into the bread machine, liquid first, then flour and dry ingredients, make a little pit in the top of the flour and put the yeast in there. Then start the machine. You add fruit and nuts later, usually there is a beep for adding things.

Westbend hot air popcorn maker

Method One
  1. Pour a quarter cup of popcorn kernels into a paper bag.
  2. Fold the top of the bag three times.
  3. Place the paper bag in the microwave.
  4. Set the timer for 40 to 60 seconds. (mine took 3-4 minutes)
  5. Wait and have fun.
  6. Remove the bag and pour the popcorn into a dish.
  7. Cook unbaked kernels for about 15 to 20 seconds.
  8. Add the extra popcorn to the other batch.
  9. Pour melted butter and salt onto the popcorn.
  10. Serve.
Method Two
  1. Take a frying pan and a fitting lid.
  2. Put some grease (canola oil for example) in it to make sure your corns won't stick to your pan.
  3. Wait until the pan is hot--you can add 1 or 2 kernels to the pan as it heats up... when they pop, the pan is hot enough to add the rest of the corn
  4. Put in the corns, make sure you use corns which are meant to use in a pan.
  5. Put on the lid fast! Make sure no corns flip out. Shake your pan a few times to make sure all corns are loose.
  6. Now you hear a lot of pops, just wait until all sound is gone.
  7. When nothing happens quickly take of the pan and put your corns in a bowl.
  8. Put on salt/sugar.
  9. Serve.
Method Three
  1. Buy some microwave popcorn.
  2. Follow the instructions.
  3. Serve.

Instruction Manual

go to hillbillyhousewife.com and they have instructions for bread machines. I have used 3 different models of breadmachines and they work about the same. The site also has recipes. I use this recipe most of the time for fast bread that takes one hour for the Toastmaster TBR15.

I cup plus one tablespoon warm water - I use warm water from the tap but you can use a cooking thermometer if you like.
2 tbs oil
2 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
3 cups white flour OR 1 1/2 cups white and brown flour
1 tbs yeast
Adding glutein will make the bread have a smoother texture. Follow the directions on the box.

Add ingredients in order.

Program breadmachine to fast bake and let it go. You will have fresh baked bread in an hour.

Hope this helps

Salton Belgium Waffle Maker

I, too, was searching for that wonderful Belgian Waffle recipe and thought, no problem, I'll just look on-line. I couldn't believe it when Salton didn't have it posted on their site (if they did, I couldn't find it) and was taken to your requests for the recipe. So, I went the whole mile, or should I say traveled over mountains of files, and couldn't believe that my filing system still works after all of these years, the Salton Belgian Waffle Maker & Recipe Guide for Model No. WM-4 was right where it was supposed to be. (And my husband, and prior bosses I should add, have laughed at how I save and file everything. I'm glad I can share this with you all now...

Basic Belgian Waffle Recipe
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 cup milk
1 egg, separated
1/2 tbl butter, melted
-Sift dry ingredients together in a bowl
-Add egg yolk and milk to the dry ingredients and beat together thoroughly.
-Beat egg white until stiff, stir 1/4 into batter to lighten it and then gently fold in the remaining egg white.
-Pour a scant 1/2 cup of batter onto the heated waffle mold. The light should be off. When batter is added, the light will go on. When the light goes off again, the waffle is done.
-Makes about 6 waffles.

Chocolate Waffles ("which make great ice cream sandwiches," says the recipe book.)
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
2/3 cup milk
1 egg, separated
2 Tbl melted butter
1 1/2 squares semi-sweet chocolate (1 1/2 ounces)
3/4 tsp vanilla
-Sift dry ingredients together in a bowl
-Add milk, egg yolk, and vanilla to dry ingredients and beat until well blended.
-Melt butter and chocolate together in microwave or double boiler. Stir chocolate mixture into batter.
-Beat egg white until stiff, stir 1/4 into the batter to lighten it and then gently fold in the remaining egg white.
-Pour a scant 1/2 cup of batter onto the heated heart waffle mold. (Hmm, the WM-4 isn't shaped into a heart??? Oh well, moving onward...)
-Makes about 6 waffles

Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar or cinnamon or topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.
