Question about Philips 60PP9202 60" Rear Projection HDTV-Ready Television
You may have one of two possible problems here. First..you may have a contaminated tube. This means one of the projection tubes may have fluid that has become cloudy and must be replaced with clean fluid. This would take a bit of patience to do so. It is not easy. The second problem may be that the small signal module may need replaced. Do not confuse this board with the small signal board, which is a tiny board that sits on top of the signal board and easily snaps in and out. You want to repair or replace the signalboard that is located on the floor next to the power supply board [has the flyback on it]. It is the board that contains all the RCA jacks and RF connections, that you are concerned about. Please check the first answer. You will have to disassemble a bit to look inside the projection tubes as they are lit. Thanks for asking!
