Question about Panasonic Televison & Video
Is the power indicator lit?if not then its the power supply that is not working..you can acces the power supply board by opening the back cover of your tv.the power supply board is where the power cord is connected check the fuse whether it is open.if it is open do not replace the fuse right away replace inspect the parts in the power supply if there are parts that are blown or melting..replace them with the same value.afterwards test the power supply plug it to the power source if the fuse blown again then time to replace the transistor regulator.this regulator is a component with 3 pins and install with heat sink..be very carefull when replacing this part be sure it is unplug...to the wall.you can also replace the whole power supply they are available at this link.Just post a message if you have other question.Im very glad to help you.

Yes, fuse would be located on power supply board. Unplug tv from wall socket, take off back cover of tv and check nearby area where AC cord plugged in power supply board, check fuse and replace it if found blown.
If fuse blow again that means power supply board got defective and will be replaced.
