Your backlight is defective. Try plugging your laptop into a regular monitor and usually by pressing FN+F5 (may change via different laptops. See manual or view F keys) you can view your OS. If you can, you only need to replace the screen and you will back to norm. You can order a screen from www.blisscomputers.net. Good luck
