Pc says in the message that cannot contact the printer but on the printers shows Lexmark 3300 Series I have the disk but says doesn't have the software.
I have a All-in-One 3350 and PC has Vista with the prevoius PC (XP windows I had no problem)

- I seem to have the same problem with my Lexmark printer, I contacted them and they said that the P3150 is not compatible with Vista and the only thing I could do was buy a new printer! Actually the guy did say something about unofficial installation software that should be available on the net. - saima1981Solution #1
