HP Office Jet 7210 Scanner won't work

Try this simple step,

Disconnect the power cord from back of printer ( while printer is on )
wait for 10 seconds and connect it back
let the printer Initialize and Try to scan.

IF this does not work, you probably just need to uninstall and reinstall the drivers.

How do I reset the regionalisation? I have UK 7210 with US cartridegs whch it won't recognise.Someone, somewhere must have noted the HP tech instructions for this process? Can't be rocket science; can it?

hi to reconfigure the regional setting we need to do a reset on the printer which will reset the printer to its factory settings to start the reset ensure that the printer is powered on and disconnected from the computer now press the # and the no 6 button on the printer together and then remove the power cord from the back of printer while pressing the # and 6 after 10 sec reinsert the power cord and relese the buttons it will start a semiful nvm reset after 2 min it will ask you the language and then region select the region and your printer will be reconfigured all the best

HP Officejet 7210 "hangs" when starting a job. It gets through initializing when powered up, but after doing the # 6 powerup reset, it has a message "Aligning Cartridges-Please Wait" but does not do...

You should have a program installed on your computer called HP Product Assistant. Try running this program to determine the problem.

Also, make sure all the ink cartridges are fully seated.

You might also try unplugging the printers power cord, let it sit for a couple minutes, then plug it back in.

I need a power cord for my HP officejet all in one 7210 series

You can buy them from HP by calling 1-800-227-8164, Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm EST. You only need to do this if you need the adapter. If it is only the power cord running from your electrical outlet to the adapter that you need, you can get that at any local computer shop for a couple of bucks.
