SOURCE: e maxx steering is too tight

You may have something too tight on your steering linkages, or you may just want to upgrade to a better servo. My Revo's servos are all metal gear and I have never had a problem with them. Receiver batteries on my truck were weak and the tires were hard to turn as well, so check your batteries

I recently bought a 1/10 scale dhk buggy but it wont turn right it makes a clattering noise if you try to my model is the wolf

Try taking steering servo out and see if it will turn left and right. Try putting some resistance on it to make sure it will turn while a load is on it. If it works you will have to investigate your steering linkage

Why does the steering servo jitter when turned on?, eventhough i have put fresh batteries, and the tire alignement turns to the right side.

The servo may be damaged. I would take it to a hobby shop and have them look at it. You can get cheap servos on amazon.

We're having a popping sound in the steering in my 2006 malibu maxx hatchback ? Is there a recall . Please help

i just bought a 2005 malibu maxx from a dealership. It was having a popping sound when i would turn the wheel back and forth. Had the dealership fix it. THEY said they replaced the ( rack and pinion ) for the steering on the car. Don't think there is a recall on that. GM had a lot of problems with that popping noise on their malibu maxx. Hope that might help.

Traxxas tq controller has steering reversed. Left goes righ and vice versa

Towards the bottom of the controller there should be two small switches. One switch will be for the steering servo and one for the esc. Channel 1 should be for the steering servo, move that switch and that should correct your problem.

I cant turn it

If it has just happened all of a sudden without no impacts, first of i would check the receiver & make sure steering servo is plugged in. Then test servo, could swop throttle with steering to see if still happens.

I have a TMaxx 2.5 and it will trurn to the left but not to the right. I replaced the servo, but it's still doing the same thing. Even with everything disconnected. If I set the trimm all the way to the...

Have a look on all parts for anything thats catching. With servo hat of you should be able to pull and push steering levers left and right. If it still dosnt go left while pushing or pulling then there is something catching. If you can make the wheels go left then reconnect to the servo making sure servo is in the central position and all trims are in the central position.

My nitro rc traxxas truck is not turning what do i do?

Check servo saver to make sure it has not loosened up. If the servo is not trying to turn at all check the connection at the receiver. If it is okay, you can always switch the steering and throttle servos at the receiver to rule out the possibility of a faulty servo. They can fail if they get too wet or get hit hard enough.

Steering on a remote controled car not working

Check the servo saver to make sure it is not loose. You should be able to hear the servo move or try to move. If it does not make any noise when you turn the wheel on the controller open the receiver box and make sure that the steering servo has not come unplugged from the receiver. If these things check out the servo could possibly be bad. They can get damaged if they get wet or are hit hard enough.
