I can only start in safe mode,in normal the computer shuts off

This is most probably due to a virus infection. In safe mode the virus will not be activated as safe mode supports only windows related programs.
You need to do locate the infected file manually and delete it.

The computer does not open any program .. especially windows live products .. i think i got virus

You will have to boot up into safe mode with networking first.
This is accomplished by pushing F8 while the computer is booting up.
Once you get into safe mode with networking you will have to download two programs
CCleaner
malewarebytes
these both can be downloaded at www.filehippo.com
Run malware bytes first make sure it updated remove anything that it finds
Then clean internet history with ccleaner
then boot computer up regular and run ccleaner do internet history and reg cleaner
then run malware bytes on more time,
good luck

In normal mode PC hangs due to spies or viruses. Unable to start the system in safe mode or safe ode in networking mode always it restarts if tried with safe mode. www.kaspersky.com, www.grisoft.com,...

When you are restarting the PC - Press F8 Key till you get the options to Boot
Choose Last Known Good Configuration and load windows
Once you have logged into your PC - try to MSCONFIG

If that does not work, Open Task Manager ( CTRL + ALT + DEL ) key and Click on Services Tab. Click the Services Button below. and it should let you open SERVICES.MSC

Disable all the Antivirus software installed ( double click on the software name and under Startup type - choose Disable )
Also Disable the Windows Installer

Try to access or Download some Virus program to Run or Clean.

My PC won't let me download the zune software

If you are having problems downloading software it could be due to a malware infestation. Even if you have virus software, malware can get through. To determine if you are infected, try going to websites that are known virus fighting sites (such as symantic, AVG, etc.). If you get errors that the page cannot be found or other errors, you are infected. You'll need to download a program called Malwarebytes from another computer. (Can be found a www.downloads.com) Copy the program to a USB or CD and boot the infected computer into safe mode. Once in safe mode, run the software and have it remove all infections. Reboot the computer and run the software again. Run any virus scan software you have as well.

My computer is infected with lasa.blaster.keyloger and i cannot activate any programs except the internet. can uou help? Is there aan answer? I can not get my e-mails.

Reboot in safe mode (this is done by restarting the computer and pressing the F8 key, which will give you a list of bootup options. Select Safe Mode.) From safe mode, download the following anti-virus programs: AVG, Spybot Search and Destroy, and CCleaner. All these programs are free, very effective, and can all be downloaded from www.filehippo.com. Once they have been downloaded, install them and run scans. All three should get the virus out.
