What is the correct data or GPRS info for my cect i9 phone?

Hi! Your GPRS or data packet service is currently not activated and thats the reason you can't access internet. So contact at&t and get your gprs service activated first and if it is activated then under your phone connection settings input the following settings-

GPRS Settings:
Settings Name: Cingular Wireless Internet Express
Home Page: http://device:home or http://device.home
Session Mode: Permanent
Connection Security: On
APN: wap.cingular (lower case)
PDP_Type: IP
Gateway IP Address: 66.209.11.61
Port: 9201
Authentication Type: Secure
Login Type: Automatic
User Name: WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM
(All upper case)
Password: CINGULAR1
(All upper case)
MMS Settings:
Service Name: MMS
Server Name (mmsc): http://mmsc.cingular.com
Web Session Name: MMS

Leave user name & password field blank

Also if above settings don't work then try-
148.233.239.24
Port 3128
or
APN: proxy
UserId: leave blank
Password: Leave blank

Browser settings:
IP: 10.250.250.250
Port 9203
home page: http://home
with rest things same

Internet trouble

Since CECT P168 is china mobile you have to get the internet settings done from your near service provider centre(vodafone mobile store if vodafone).

'gprs not subscribed':   it specifies that you have gprs actviated on your sim but you dont have right internet settings on your mobile or china mobile.

so in order to get internet setting take your mobile to the nearest service provide centre(for eg; vodafone mobile store) they will make some internet settings on your mobile and from then you can use your internet, but make sure that you min balance in mobile to surf internet.....

in the case of branded mobiles(like nokia, samsung,......) it is just enough to send a msg from ur mobile  and get internet settings on our mobiles but this is not in case of china mobile(you have to go the nearest centre and get it done.........)

Can't access the internet on my A380i

Hello,

You don't provide enough information to give you a proper answer. If it is a blackberry, you need to have the blackberry service and not just a regular multimedia package. If it's a regular phone, your account may not have been setup properly. While your phone is on, pull out the battery. Wait about 15 minutes then put the battery back in and turn it on. If it still doesn't work, you will need to contact AT&T and have them check that your account is setup properly.

Also, I'm assuming this is an AT&T branded phone. If not, then this may be the problem. You may need to manually enter the internet/network settings.
