Sell it before u leave Korea,tv from Asia used PAL signal frequencies.US tv used NTSC signal frequencies,not compatible.Tv PAL to NTSC signal frequencies,will not work.PAL and NTSC signal frequencies can't be mix.
If u buy this new,u got a lemon,This prob.is a
burn in use equipment,shouldn't cause this prob.for at lest 2 years.This is a comon prob. with a video Wharping heat exspand and contrast circuit board.

Without physical sign of damage, it will be hard to induce the movers
to cover the problem. You will need to take it into a reputable
TV shop and get their evaluation that whatever is wrong is due to the
move. Its odd that it failed while off, however of course all
these new TVs are not near as reliable as the old ones. Might
just be a dislodged connector inside.
