Question about Washing Machines
If you had a broken drive coupler and replaced it I would probably say that the problem is in the transmission.
Generally the coupler only breaks when you have severally overloaded the machine or a catastrophic gear failure has occur. You can remove the transmission and open the case however I suggest that you just have the transmission replaced.
