Need driver for ethernet, audio, and multimedia for gateway e-2000.

im not sure i understand the problem if the drivers have already been saved to you thumb drive just double click to install
if you are downloading photos from the internet
once it starts downloading windows will ask whether you want to run or save it
a browse option will open you can save it into a folder in my documents or another
device floppy or a usb device
if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to sound video and game controllers you might see a yellow question mark? Right click to reinstall drivers or you can download the drivers
