Hello,

1.First dissable the air bag system

2. open the glove compartment, squeeze the side in to release the glove box stops and lower glove box.

3.You will see the Blower Motor Resistor directly behind the glove box.

4.There will be two pig tails (one vehicle harness, one resistor), remove pig tails, remove two screws to free resistor.

5.Replace resistor, reverse removal procedure.

Done!!

Take care..

Fan blower stopped working. I have changed the fuse and it has not solved the problem. The fan does not come on at any level.

Sounds like the blower motor, has gone bad, with test light, key and blower motor on, check voltage at blower motor, if you have voltage there, bad blower motor, blower motor sit under dash on passenger side, replace it.

in my 2004 grand caravan it's behind the glove box and left of the blower motor. disconnect the wires first then remove the 2 screws to pull out the resistor unit. First make sure you have removed the negative of your batterie. I had the same pm that prevented the blower motor to operate in any speed. I hope this will help
