The problem is that the mouth piece on your phone is malfunctioning that is why people call or people that calls you barely hear you.
All you need to do is to replace the mouth piece of your phone and you will see that after the replacement of the mouth piece, anybody that call you or people you call will hear you clearly.
Just change the mouth piece as advice and you will see that the problem is solve. meanwhile, you can be using hands free pending the time you will replace the mouth piece.

You can get the mouth piece repaired at any local phone repair shop, the mouth piece is not expensive, very cheap, once the mouth piece is replaced, the problem is solve.
