Take the battery out and start the blackberry desktop manager. The blackberry can be restored in this condition. Just search for restoring bb to factory settings on the web. Perform a soft reset. Press the ALT and RIGHT SHIFT (CAP) and DELETE keys at the same time. If the problem still persist, you will need perform hard reset, power off the phone, power on back after a minute, while the phone is loading, pull out/remove the battery from your phone, wait for some minutes and put the battery back, with this, your blackberry should be reset and the problem should be fixed..

The battery problem is always happen with the mobile network selection ,
First you have to select proper network 2G or 3G , better you can keep on 2G
Follow the below instruction , how to change mobile networks,

3 Mobile Network è Network Mode 2G è save
