Question about Canon PIXMA MX310 All-In-One Printer
The print may not be damaged, try this first, power off the printer and power on back, while the printer is warming up or loading, pull out the plug from the AC wall and wait for some minutes before plugging it back. Power on the printer, see if it fix the problem, if not, uninstall the printer driver from your system and reinstall back, restart your system after reinstalling, this should fix the problem.
